Outreach CRM Terms of Use

These terms apply to authorized users of the Savannah DSA Outreach CRM.

Authorized use

Chapter organizing purposes only

The Outreach CRM is a Savannah DSA organizing and administrative tool. Access is limited to users authorized by the chapter. A Google Account does not by itself create a right to access the application or any CRM record.

Users may access and use CRM information only for legitimate Savannah DSA organizing, outreach, member engagement, administration, training, or application-security purposes consistent with their assigned role.

Data handling

Protect organizing information

Users must handle CRM information with care and may not copy, export, disclose, publish, sell, or use personal or organizing information for unrelated purposes. Access to a record does not authorize disclosure outside the people who need the information for chapter work.

Users should enter only information reasonably necessary for organizing and should avoid unnecessary sensitive detail in notes.

Accounts and access

Use your own authorized Google Account

Users must sign in with the Google Account authorized for their CRM access and must not share access through another person’s account. Users are responsible for protecting access to their Google Account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Savannah DSA may change roles, deactivate accounts, or revoke access when responsibilities change, when access is no longer needed, or when necessary to protect the chapter, its members, contacts, or systems.

Accuracy

Maintain useful and respectful records

Users should make reasonable efforts to keep records accurate, current, relevant, and respectful. Information known to be incorrect should be corrected through the application or reported to an administrator.

The CRM is not intended for financial, medical, legal, or other unrelated records.

Monitoring and audit

Administrative actions are logged

The application maintains an audit trail of administrative and data-changing actions for accountability and security. Authorized administrators may review audit information when necessary to maintain the application, investigate errors or misuse, or protect chapter data.

Availability

Internal operational service

The CRM is provided as an internal organizing tool and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Savannah DSA may revise features, access rules, or these terms as operational needs change.
